In some cases, your Mudra Link may appear in your Bluetooth settings as “BLE Device” instead of “Mudra.” This is normal behavior and does not affect performance or functionality. The device will still connect and work properly.
Why does this happen?
Mudra Link connects using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Occasionally, your phone or computer may display the default BLE broadcast name (“BLE Device”) instead of the custom name (“Mudra”).
What to do
Simply select “BLE Device” to connect.
Once the connection is established, the name should update to “Mudra.”
