Mudra Link Disconnects Right After Connecting

If your Mudra Link connects and then disconnects within 5-10 seconds, follow the steps below to fix it:

Steps

  1. Install the Mudra Link app
    Install the Mudra Link app on your computer (Windows or Mac).

  2. Open the Mudra Link app
    Launch the app and keep it open. It can run in the background.

  3. Pair through your computer’s Bluetooth (keep the app open)

    Windows: Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Add device → Bluetooth → select the Mudra device.

    macOS: System Settings → Bluetooth → select the Mudra device and click Connect.

  4. Select your device in the Mudra Link app
    In Device Manager, click your Mudra Link to connect.

  5. Update the firmware
    when you get the prompt for a Firmware Update → select Update and keep the app open until the update completes.

  6. Reconnect and test
    After the update finishes, the Mudra Link should be connected and remain connected with no issues.
