If your cursor is moving in the opposite direction than expected - up instead of down or vice versa - it is likely that the Mudra Link has been reset or is incorrectly configured.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Open the Mudra Link App on your computer.
- Go to Control Settings and navigate to Hand Preferences.
- Ensure that the correct hand (left or right) is selected for your Mudra Link - see photo below.
- Test the cursor movement again to confirm the issue is resolved.
