Mudra Link LED Not Behaving as Expected

If your Mudra Link is not flashing green or pink as expected and pressing the button only turns the band ON or OFF, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

  1. Open the Mudra Link App

    • Launch the Mudra Link app on your computer.
  2. Check if Mudra Link is Connected

    • If your Mudra Link is not connected to the computer, go to your computer’s Bluetooth settings and manually connect it.
    • If your Mudra Link was previously paired with another device (such as a phone or tablet), remove it from that device’s Bluetooth settings before attempting to connect it to your computer.
  3. Select Your Device in the Mudra Link App

    • In the Device Manager screen in the Mudra Link app, click on your Mudra Link device to establish the connection.

Check the LED Behavior

  • Once connected, the LED should function normally according to its mode.
