My Mudra Link Can't Reconnect After Firmware Update

If your Mudra Link didn’t reconnect after the update, follow these steps to restore the connection:

1. Close the Mudra Link App

Completely exit the Mudra Link app before proceeding.

2. Forget Mudra Link from Bluetooth Settings

  • Open your computer’s Bluetooth settings.
  • Locate Mudra Link in the list of paired devices.
  • Click Forget or Remove the device.

3. Check Mudra Link’s LED Status

  • Ensure your Mudra Link is in pairing mode.
  • The LED should be flashing orange to indicate it's advertising and ready to reconnect.

4. Reconnect Mudra Link to Bluetooth

  • Open Bluetooth settings on your computer.
  • Select Mudra Link from the available devices and pair it again.

5. Restart the Mudra Link App

  • Open the Mudra Link app and resume your setup flow.
