I’m getting an error when signing up or logging in

If you're seeing an error when trying to sign up or log in, it may be caused by a firewall, network settings, or an issue with your current device setup.

What to try:

  1. Connect to a different Wi-Fi network
    Some networks (like corporate or school ones) may block certain services. Try switching to a different wifi connection, such as a home network or mobile hotspot.

  2. Close and reopen the app
    Fully close the Mudra app and reopen it to refresh the connection.

  3. Try on a different computer or device
    This can help rule out local issues like browser extensions or firewalls.
