If your firmware update got stuck and your Mudra Link isn’t turning on, don’t worry—follow these steps to recover it:
1. Check Your App Version
First, make sure you're using the latest version of the Mudra app. You can update it via the Apple App Store or Microsoft Store depending on your device.
2. If You See a “Retry” Pop-Up
Tap "Retry" to attempt the update again.
3. If "Retry" Doesn't Work or Your App Crashed

Close the app completely, then reopen it. If your app crashed - open the app back up.

You should see a an alert prompting you to retry the firmware update.
Don’t see the alert?

Plug your Mudra Link into its charger—even if there are no LED lights visible.

Wait a few moments, and the alert should appear.

Click "Click to retry update" when prompted.
4. Complete the Update
The firmware update should now restart and complete successfully.
Once it finishes, you're good to go! Click the Mudra Link in the app to resume onboarding.
