I am trying to pair, but my computer doesn’t see my Mudra Link

Here are some steps to take if your computer does not see the Mudra Link:

  1. Turn your computer's Bluetooth settings OFF and then ON.
  2. Make sure your Mudra Link is charged and turned on by pressing the on/off button. The LED should be flashing orange, meaning that your Mudra Link is advertising.
  3. Make sure that your Mudra Link is not paired to another device. This can be identified by the LED behavior of the Mudra Link. If it is connected to another device, the LED will be pink/green. Your Mudra Link can only be actively paired to one device at a time.

If you are using Windows 11:

  1. Open the Windows Start Menu and click Settings.
  2. Navigate to Bluetooth & Devices in the sidebar.
  3. Select View More Devices under Bluetooth settings.
  4. Find Bluetooth Devices Discovery and change the setting from Default to Advanced.

Then, Please try to pair again after doing a hard reset to your band by following these instructions:

  1. Reset the Link - in case your band is turned ON please power it off by pressing the button until turned off.
  2. Then proceed to long press the button, you will see the LED flashing orange, continue pressing until the LED flashes red.
  3. Power on the Link - press the button once, you should see the LED flashing yellow
  4. Connect you device through BLE to the original computer which the App is installed on
  5. Open the Mudra Link App and press the Link device (which you connected) in order to complete connectivity and the ability to access control setting screen, see screenshots below:
