My Mudra Link is connected to the charger, but no LED light appear

If your Mudra Link is connected to the charger, but no LED light appear, it may be caused because of the following conditions:

1. Your Mudra Link battery is fully drained. Please allow a few seconds for the battery to reach it's safety level power before the LED light can appear.
   
   
2. In some cases, the rectangular charger cable is not perfectly aligned with the Mudra Link charging port.
   
   
3. Try to disconnect and reconnect while the charger is aligned with the charging port.
