My Mudra Link Won't Pair with my Device

Please try to pair again after doing a hard reset/restart to your Link, by following these instructions:

On your device's settings:

  1. Forget the Mudra Link device from the Bluetooth settings.
    1. Reset the Link- in case your band is turned ON please power it off by pressing the button until turned off. Then proceed to long press the button, you will see the LED flashing orange, continue pressing until the LED flashes red.
    2. Power on the Link - press the button once, you should see the LED flashing yellow
    3. Connect you device through BLE to the original computer which the App is installed on
    4. Open the Mudra Link App and press the Link device (which you connected) in order to complete connectivity and the ability to access control setting screen, see screenshots below:
