My Mudra Link Isn't Charging/Won't Hold Charge

Turn on your Mudra Link using the on/off button.

If the LED light does not appear, connect the charger to your Mudra Link.

Check the LED indicator:

• Flashing blue → Mudra Link is charging.

• Steady blue → Mudra Link is fully charged.

If you do not see any LED indications while the charger is connected, toggle the charger connection by physically connecting and disconnecting the charger from the magnetic port 10 times.

After toggling, connect the charger again and check if the blue LED light turns on. If it does, the Mudra Link is charging.
