Here are some steps to take if your iPhone does not see the Mudra Band:
- Turn your iPhone's Bluetooth settings OFF and then ON.
- Make sure your Mudra Band is charged and turned on by pressing the on/off button. The LED should be flashing orange, meaning that your Mudra Band is advertising.
- Make sure that your Mudra band is not paired to another iPhone. This can be identified by the LED behavior of the Mudra Band. If it is connected to another iPhone, the LED will be flashing green. Your Mudra Band can only be actively paired to one iPhone at a time, but you can alter it between the current iPhone and other iPhones.
Then, Please try to pair again after doing a hard reset to your band by following these instructions:
On your phone settings:
- Forget device - In case Mudra Band is shown under “My devices” on your Bluetooth settings, press the “i” icon and then choose “Forget this device”.
On your band:
- Reset the band - in case your band is turned ON please power it off by pressing the button once. Then proceed to long press the button, you will see the LED starts flashing orange, continue pressing until the LED flashes red. (As shown on the attached video)
- Power on the band - press the button once, you should see the LED starts flashing yellow
Open the Mudra band app:
- Pair band
