We've added the feature in the onboarding process in which you can add the Apple Watch face through the Mudra Band app on your iPhone, and added a success screen that indicates if it's successful.
However please note that the process of adding the watch face itself is unrelated to the Mudra Band and is done automatically through the Apple Devices. We do not have control over this.
To try and resolve the issue you're experiencing, first of all please make sure your Apple Watch is running on the latest watchOS version.
Then, please first try to close the Mudra band app, wait a bit and then try relaunching it and re-adding the watch face.
