My Mudra Band Isn't Charging/Won't Hold Charge

Turn on your Mudra Band using the on/off button.

If the LED light does not appear, connect the charger to your Mudra Band.

Your mudra Band is charging if the LED light is flashing blue, and is fully charged if it is a steady blue.

If you do not see any LED indications while the charger is connected - begin toggling the charger connection by physically connecting and disconnecting the charger to the magnetic port 10 times. 

After doing so, connect the charger once again and see if the blue LED light turns on.

If it does, the Mudra Band is charging.
