Please try to pair again after doing a hard reset/restart to your band by following these instructions:
On your phone settings:
- Forget device - In case Mudra Band is shown under “My devices” on your Bluetooth settings, press the “i” icon and then choose “Forget this device”.
On your band:
- Reset the band - in case your band is turned ON please power it off by pressing the button once. Then proceed to long press the button, you will see the LED starts flashing yellow, continue pressing until the LED flashes red.
- Power on the band - press the button once, you should see the LED starts flashing yellow
Open the Mudra band app:
- Pair band
