Face your palm upwards – Start by turning your hand so your palm is facing you.
Use the pads of your fingers – Gently tap your thumb and index finger together using the soft "pillow" area, not the tips or nails while your hand is reversed.
Make it firm and quick – A solid, snappy tap works best. Think of it like a confident button press.
Avoid holding or sliding – This gesture should be a single, distinct tap. Don’t press for too long or drag your fingers.
Stay relaxed – Keep the rest of your hand steady and natural while tapping.
