Wearing your Mudra Link properly ensures accurate signal detection and optimal performance. Follow the steps below to get the best fit.
1. Find the Right Placement

Place the band behind the wrist bone, not directly on it. You can also slide it slightly higher on your forearm (toward your elbow) if needed to improve the fit and signal quality.

The center mark on the band should align with the middle of your inner wrist.

The electrodes should be centered along the bottom (inner side) of your wrist.
2. Check the Orientation

The power button should be facing upward and toward you (on the thumb side of your wrist).
3. Tighten the Band Securely

Fasten the band so it’s snug and secure — it should not move when you shake your wrist.

The electrodes must maintain constant contact with your skin, without any gaps.
4. Run a Fit Check (Optional but Recommended)

In the Mudra Link app, go to Neural Explorer > Fit Check.

Hold your hand out and still while we analyze your signal quality.

If the signal is too weak, try moving the Link higher on your forearm (towards your elbow) or tightening the band.
