To add the Mudra Band watch face to your Apple Watch 3, and be able to use Air-Touch, please add it manually by following these steps:
1. Touch and hold the current watch face, swipe to the right, then tap the + to add a new one
2. Scroll down until you see the face called "Modular" and select it.
3. Swipe to the right, so you see the frames around each section in the face.
Now in each section of your Apple Watch face, you can add the connected devices complication for fast and easy Air-Touch control.
4. Tap the top section, and scroll down until you reach the MUDRABAND section, and select "iPhone"
5. Do this for the bottom three sections, and add the iPad, Mac and Apple TV complications.
6. In the middle section of the Watch Face, scroll and find the "Turn on Air-Touch Mudra Band" complication.

Now you're all set! You can directly select to start Air-Touch through your Apple Watch, and easily switch control between your connected devices.
